Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC

Élève offers standard USPS Ground or Priority shipping or UPS, depending on your location within the United States. Shipping costs typically range from $8–$13, and delivery times may vary based on your location and the carrier used. For a limited time, we are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $75!

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times as shipping windows may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping services may be temporarily suspended during certain holidays or due to weather conditions.  Orders placed on these holidays will not be processed until the following business day. All orders are processed automatically, and we are unable to expedite or delay shipments once they’ve been processed.

Alaska and Hawaii: Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for delivery due to carrier restrictions in these regions.

INTERNATIONAL

At this time, Élève is unable to offer international shipping due to current limitations as a small business. We are working hard to expand our services and appreciate your understanding and support as we grow!

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS



We are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO.  Orders made to addresses in these areas will be canceled.
